Project Development Objective
To prepare in-depth analysis including necessary recommendation for the feasibility of project deliver appropriately in the perspective of technical, economic, financial, legal and institutional, social, and environmental aspects as well to meet the requirement to obtain the financial close from Regional Infrastructure Development Fund.
Next Step
In accordance to the Selection Based on Consultants' Qualifications (CQS) method as stipulated in the Procurement provisions for World Bank-funded projects in the
Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011, revised July 2014), the Request for Proposal (RfP), containing the scope of work will be given to the 1st-rank firm, PT Yodya Karya (Persero). If the 1st rank firm is not capable to carry out the assignment or the negotiations fail, then the RfP will be given to the 2nd rank firm on the shortlist, and so forth.

The shortlisted consultant is announced at the PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero)’s sole and absolute discretion and we’re not required to provide any explanation regarding this matter.
