Project Development Objective
To obtain Master Plan document (Phasing Plan for Physical Provision of Hospitals, Hospital HR, Hospital Natural Resources, and Funding for Hospital Development) and the Master Program. Such documents will be required as one of the tender’s document for the Local Government to deliver the Project’s design on satisfactory in terms of quality, timeliness, feasibility, and documentation as stipulated in the
Generic Term-of-Reference.(only available in Bahasa)

Duration of Panel
Twelve (12) months from the date of this Publication or when the Maximum Package is achieved, whichever reached first. Termination of Panel Duration will be notice separately if the Maximum Work Package is achieved.
Next Step
A Request for Proposal (RfP) accompanied by a specific TOR will be sent to designated 1st rank firm. Furthermore, an evaluation of the technical proposal yet clarification and negotiation of the commercial aspect is carried out. If the negotiations fail, or the 1st rank decides to draw back, then the RfP will be sent to the 2nd rank firm on the shortlist, and so forth.

The shortlisted consultant is announced at the PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero)’s sole and absolute discretion and we’re not required to provide any explanation regarding this matter.
