Procurement Framework

PT SMI Procurement Framework supports supplier achieve value-for-money with integrity in delivering sustainable development. The Framework promotes flexibility in tailoring procurement approaches that are fit-for-purpose and reflect choice, quality, and value for money in public spending.

Our procurement policies cover PT SMI's best practices to ensure all the requirements and principles above are met. PT SMI procurement plan outlines the how-tos of procurement activities that support every project development objective to deliver the best value for money under a tight risk-managed approach.

The Procurement Framework comprises mandatory requirements set out in the Regulations (can be downloaded here for English version), Policy, Directive and Procedure (can be downloaded here for English version). The Regulations govern the procurement of Goods, Works, Non-Consulting Services, and Consulting.

The application of the Procurement Framework is supported by a suite of Standard Procurement Documents, Procurement Guidance, tools, templates listed below.
