Assignment Title: Environmental Specialist to Support the Implementation of Regional Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF)
1. PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“the Recipient”)—a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) with 100% shares owned by the Government of Indonesia through the Minister of Finance Republic of Indonesia—plays active role in facilitating infrastructure financing as well as preparing project and serving advisory for infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
2. The Recipient, acting as the responsible agency of the Regional Infrastructure Development Fund (“The RIDF) funded by The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“the World Bank”), currently seek for Environmental Specialist to support the implementation of the RIDF (“the Services”). Please refer to the
Term-of-Reference for more details about the Services (only available in Bahasa).
3. Eligible and interested individuals are now invited to indicate their interest in providing the Services by submitting proposal and relevant credentials (“the Proposal”). Consultant are required to submit their interest using
template form of Proposal as provided.
4. The attention of interested Consultants is also drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank’s
Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011, revised July 2014) (“
Consultants Guidelines”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. A consultant will be selected in accordance with Section V. Selection of Individual consultants set out in the Consultant Guidelines.
The Proposal as described in paragraph 5 must be received in a written form or by email as described below no later than
Friday, 9 August 2019 at 3pm (“Submission Deadline”). Mandatory subject line used for email submission is
