Assignment Title: Individual Consultant: Procurement Specialist to Support the Implementation of Regional Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF)
PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“the Recipient”)—a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) with 100% shares owned by the Government of Indonesia through the Minister of Finance Republic of Indonesia—plays active role in facilitating infrastructure financing as well as preparing project and serving advisory for infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
The Recipient, acting as the implementing agency of the Regional Infrastructure Development Fund (“The Project) funded by The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“the World Bank”), currently seek for individual consultant particularly Procurement Specialist to support the implementation of the Project (“the Services”).
Moreover, the Recipient now invites eligible individuals (‘Consultants’) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information (curriculum vitae and references) demonstrating that they have required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011, revised July 2014) (“
Consultants Guidelines”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
