In order to preparing the Soekarno Hatta International Airport Rail Link (“SHIA Rail Link”) PPP Project, PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) or PT SMI held a “Value Capture” Workshop on 19th and 20th September, 2012, with reputable speakers from ARUP, an international consulting firm based in London who are experts in the areas of planning, project management and consulting in Value Capture scheme for various infrastructure projects in the world. Value Capture scheme is one of various options that can support the success of SHIA Rail Link PPP Project.
The workshop was intended as a platform for discussion between PT SMI and the related stakeholders with international experts to share experience and idea on value capture scheme from the combination of infrastructure development with area development, especially for the SHIA Rail Link PPP Project.
