Appointment of PT SMI's Acting Director of Public Financing & Project Development as of July 10th, 2023

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) No. KS-01/SMI/DK/0723 dated July 10th, 2023 which was submitted by Letter No. S-36/SMI/DK/0723, the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI appointed Mr. Edwin Syahruzad, President Director, to carry out his duties as Director of Public Financing & Project Development (“PPPP Director”) of PT SMI since July 10th, 2023, until the appointment of a definitive PPPP Director by the General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the Articles of Association and/or determination of fit and proper test by the Financial Services Authority effectively fulfilled.

Therefore, the current distribution of duties for the Board of Directors of PT SMI as follows:

1. Edwin Syahruzad as President Director and Acting Director of Public Financing & Project Development
2. Darwin Trisna Djajawinata as Director of Operation & Finance
3. Sylvi J. Gani as Director of Financing & Investment
4. Pradana Murti as Director of Risk Management
