In related to the resignation of Ms. Emma Sri Martini as President Director of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) dated May 29th 2019, therefore with reference to the Article of Association of PT SMI, the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI through Letter of the Board of Commissioners Number: S-24/SMI/DK/0519 dated May 29th 2019 on Appointment of the Temporarily Acting as President Director of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), appoint Mr. Edwin Syahruzad, Director of PT SMI, to temporarily acting as President Director of PT SMI.
