Andin Hadiyanto obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in International Development from Nagoya University, Japan, in 2018, Master of Arts in International Development from Nagoya University, Japan, in 1997. He earned his Bachelor of Economics from Gadjah Mada University in 1989.

Previously he served various positions at Ministry of Finance, including Head of Financial Education and Training Agency (2021-2025), Acting President Director of Education Fund Management Institute (LPDP) (2021-2025), Director General of Treasury (2019-2021), Expert Staff for Macroeconomics and International Finance (2013-2016 and 2018-2019), Acting Head of Fiscal Policy Agency (2014-2015). He also served as Executive Director at World Bank (2016-2018).

He was appointed as President Commissioner of PT SMI since 7 May 2025 pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2024 Annual Report (“AGMS 2024”) dated 7 May 2025. He has also passed and fulfilled the fit and proper test of Financial Services Authority (OJK) based on OJK letter No. S-28/D.06/2025 dated 19 September 2025.

Currently he also serves as Director General of Fiscal Balance at the Ministry of Finance since 2025. Previously he served various positions at Ministry of Finance, including Director General of Customs and Excise (2021-2025), Director General of Budget (2013-2021), Acting Director General of Budget (2013), Director of Non-Tax State Revenue (2011-2013), and Head of Center for State Budget Policy (2008-2011).

He was appointed as Commissioner of PT SMI since May 7, 2025 pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2024 Annual Report (“AGMS 2024”) dated May 7, 2025.

Ancella Anitawati Hermawan obtained his Doctoral of Philosophy in Accounting from University of Indonesia in 2009 and Master of Business Administration from Washington University, St. Louis, USA in 1989. She earned her Bachelor of Accounting from University of Indonesia in 1986.

Currently she also serves as Independent Commissioner at PT Prudential Life Assurance Indonesia since 2021 and Member of Academic Senate Commission 1 (Academic and Student Affairs) at University of Indonesia since 2024. Previously she served other positions at University of Indonesia such as, Head of Accounting Department – ​​Faculty of Economics and Business (2014-2022) and Acting Head of Accounting Masters Study Program, Accountant Professional Education – Faculty of Economics and Business (2020-2022).

She was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT SMI since July 17th, 2024 pursuant to the Minister of Finance Decree No. 296 Year 2024. She has also passed and fulfilled the fit and proper test of Financial Services Authority (OJK) based on Response Letter No. S-14/D.06/2024 dated 3 December 2024.

Indonesian Citizen, based in Indonesia. Dikdik Yustandi obtained his Master of Management from Satyagama University in 1997 and Bachelor of Fisheries from Institute of Agriculture Bogor in 1987.

Previously he served various positions at Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia such as, Managing Director of Business (2024), Managing Director of Financing (2022-2024), Managing Director I (2019-2024), and Managing Director II (2019). In addition, he also served various positions at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk with his last positions as Senior Executive President Large Corporate Banking (2018-2019) and Senior Vice President Corporate Banking 2 (2016-2018).

He was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT SMI since July 17th, 2024 pursuant to the Minister of Finance Decree No. 296 Year 2024. He has also passed and fulfilled the fit and proper test of Financial Services Authority (OJK) based on Response Letter No. S-15/D.06/2024 dated 19 December 2024.

Arief Wibisono Lubis obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Development Studies from University of Cambridge in 2018, Master of Science in Public Policy and Administration from London School of Economics and Political Science in 2014, and Master of Financial Management from Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School in 2010. He earned his Bachelor of Economics, specializing in Financial Management, from University of Indonesia in 2008.

Currently he also serves as Chief Internationalization Officer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia, since July 2025. Previously he served various positions at the same institution, including Vice Dean for Education, Research, and Student Affairs (2022-2025), Head of the Human Resources (HR) Acceleration Task Force (2020-2022), Chair of the Accreditation Committee of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) (2020-2022), Head of Department of Management (2019-2020), and Director of Undergraduate Program in Management (2019).
