New Board of Commissioners of PT SMI on November 29th, 2019

Minister of Finance (“Minister”) as the Shareholder of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) through a Minister Decree No. 889/KMK.06/2019 dated November 29^th, 2019 on Dismissal and Appointment of Member of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI stipulates as follows:

To dismiss with respect Mr. Andin Hadiyanto as Commissioner of PT SMI with gratitude for all of his contributions and thoughts during his tenure.
To appoint Mr. Suryo Utomo as Commissioner of PT SMI.
The tenure of the new member of Mr. Suryo Utomo as Commissioner of PT SMI started from the issuance of the respective Minister Decree until the end of the tenure as stated on the Minister Decree No. 550/KMK.06/2019 dated July 5^th, 2019 and Article of Association of PT SMI

Therefore, the following is the current composition of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI:
