In accordance to the Selection Based on Consultants' Qualifications (CQS) method as stipulated in the Procurement provisions for World Bank-funded projects in the
Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011, revised July 2014), the Request for Proposal (RfP), will be given to the firm occupied on the 1st rank. If such firm—under certain circumstances—cannot undertake or decided to withdrawn from the assignment or no agreement was reached in the negotiations, then the RfP will be given to the 2nd ranked firm on the shortlist, and so forth.

The shortlisted consultant is announced at the PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero)’s sole and absolute discretion and we’re not required to provide any explanation regarding this matter.
