PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) And Deputy Attorney General for Civil and Administrative Affairs, Formalise Cooperation

In order to foster closer cooperation and to increase synergy between the two organisations, PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) ("PT SMI") and Deputy Attorney General for Civil and Administrative Affairs/Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara (“Jamdatun”), has signed a memorandum of understanding on June 10, 2013 pertaining to the field of cooperation in legal aspects to optimize the development of infrastructure. The signing was carried out by Burhanuddin, Deputy Attorney General for Civil and Administrative Affairs, and Emma Sri Martini, President Director of PT SMI, in Jakarta. Through this new cooperation, Jamdatun has committed to facilitate PT SMI in various matters related to civil and administrative affairs, which plays important roles in the realization of infrastructure projects in Indonesia. At the signing, Emma Sri Martini welcomed the cooperation and stated that she was proud to be able to partner with Jamdatun as State Attorney. "As a State Owned Enterprise (BUMN), that is committed in carrying out duties as a catalyst in facilitating the acceleration of infrastructure development in Indonesia, PT SMI requires the supports from various related party, including in the areas of civil and administrative affairs. Through this cooperation with Jamdatun, we hope to be able to carry out our commitment optimally," Emma Sri Martini added.
