Assignment Title: Financial Management Officer

The Ministry of Finance, Government of Indonesia, through PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (PT SMI) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Geothermal Resource Risk Mitigation (GREM) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

PT SMI, acting as the responsible agency of the Geothermal Resource Risk Mitigation (GREM) funded by The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“the Bank”), currently seek for Interested and Eligible Individual Consultant (“Consultant”) for the position of Financial Management Officer (“the Services”).

Further details regarding the assignment are available in the Terms of Reference (TOR), which form an integral part of this REOI. The TOR can be found at the following website: https://www.ptsmi.co.id/procurement. TOR dan this REOI were also prepared in Bahasa Indonesia and published at PT SMI's website. If there is any inconsistency or different interpretation between the Bahasa Indonesia and English language, the English version shall prevail.

The attention of interested Individual Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers: Procurement in Investment Project Financing for Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services” dated July 2016, revised on November 2017, August 2018, September 2023, and February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. 

Expressions of interest must be received by June 20th, 2025, no later than 4:00 PM WIB (“Submission Deadline”) by:

1. submitting  interest through e-mail (softcopy) to the email address: pengadaan@ptsmi.co.id cc: GREM_procurement@ptsmi.co.id by writing down the name of the position that is applied as the subject of the e-mail and attaching the CV (Curriculum vitae) / resume;
2. interested participants must also register with PT SMI's e-proc with the address: https://vms.ptsmi.co.id/VendorPortal/Login  

at the address below, indicating the position applied for as the subject of the email.
