- PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“the Company”) is a Special Mission Vehicles (SMV) under the Ministry of Finance (MoF) Republic of Indonesia mandated as a catalyst in accelerating infrastructure development in Indonesia. In implementing its mandate, the Company has three business pillars namely: Corporate Financing; Public Financing; and Advisory & Project Development.
- The Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the MoF has assigned the Company to provide assistance to Ministries/Government Agencies or Penanggung Jawab Proyek Kerjasama (PJPK) in the preparation stage and transaction stage of Public Private Partnership (PPP) Projects for Infrastructure projects.
- In relation to the above, the Company invites qualified and interested Consultant, either individually or in Consortium (“Consultants”), to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the pre-qualification process for forming a Panel of Financial Advisory Consultants for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Infrastructure Projects, with the following Consultants’ qualifications:
- Has experience in financial or investment/commercial studies related to the preparation of infrastructure project plans in Indonesia; and
- Has experience as a Transaction Advisory for PPP projects.
- Procedure for EOI Submission
Interested Consultants shall:
- Submit an EOI in writing that has been signed by the President Director or authorized official (attached with a power of attorney if applicable);
- Register (verified) through the e-procurement portal: https://vms.ptsmi.co.id/VendorPortal/Login or conduct updating data if necessary (if the consultant’s status has been registered)
