- PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) ("the Company") is a State-Owned Enterprise that carries out the role as the Government's fiscal tools (Special Mission Vehicle) under the Minister of Finance with a mandate to act as a catalyst in accelerating infrastructure development in Indonesia. In implementing its mandate, the Company has three main business pillars namely: (i) Financing and Investment; (ii) Advisory Services; and (ii) Project Development.
- To support its operational activities, PT SMI needs vehicles for operational activities. This operational vehicle will be fulfilled by rental method to a service provider for a period of 3 years.
- Related to the above, PT SMI invites providers who meet the requirements to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to follow the prequalification selection process.
- Interested providers, shall:
- Submitting EOI in writing that has been signed by the President Director or official who is authorized (attached a power of attorney if applicable) by using the EOI format that has been provided (only available in Bahasa Indonesia); and
- Register (verified) through the e-procurement portal: https://vms.ptsmi.co.id/vendorportal/login or or conduct updating data if necessary (if the providers status has been registered). - Providers who have met the EOI submission requirements will obtain the Prequalification Document.
