Request for Expression of Interest: Selection Process for the Procurement of Microsoft Office 365 License Enhancement to Strengthen Cybersecurity

1. PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) is a State-Owned Enterprise that acts as a fiscal tool of the Government (Special Mission Vehicle) under the coordination of the Ministry of Finance, mandated to serve as a catalyst in accelerating infrastructure development in Indonesia. In carrying out this mandate, the Company operates three main business pillars, namely: (i) Corporate Financing; (ii) Public Financing; and (iii) Advisory & Project Development.
2. To address the increasing complexity of cyber threats, such as ransomware, phishing, and malware, PT SMI considers it necessary to enhance and strengthen its information technology security systems to optimally support the implementation of the Company’s duties and responsibilities.
3. In this regard, PT SMI hereby invites qualified Providers to submit a Statement of Interest (Expression of Interest/EOI) to participate in the prequalification selection process.
4. Interested Providers are requested to:
   • Submit a written Expression of Interest (EOI) signed by the President Director or an authorized official (accompanied by a Power of Attorney, if signed by an authorized representative), using the designated EOI Format (click here).
   • Register as a vendor of PT SMI through the e-Procurement system at the following link: https://vms.ptsmi.co.id/VendorPortal/Login or update their vendor data if the company is already registered. 6. Providers who are declared to have fulfilled the administrative requirements in the submission of the Expression of Interest (EOI) will be granted access to the Prequalification Documents to participate in the next stage of the selection process
