Results of the Fit and Proper Test of Member of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI on 19 December 2024 (Independent Commissioner)

The Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) through the letter No. S-15/D.06/2024 dated 19 December 2024, regarding the Response to the Request for Approval as Independent Commissioner of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) ("PT SMI"), recommend and declare no objection to the nomination of Independent Commissioner of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) on behalf of Mr. Dikdik Yustandi.

Appointment of Mr. Dikdik Yustandi as the Independent Commissioner of PT SMI has been stipulated by the Minister of Finance, as Shareholder of PT SMI, through the Minister of Finance Decree No. 296 Year 2024 dated 17 July 2024.

With the approval of the OJK as above-mentioned, then Mr. Dikdik Yustandi has been effective in carrying out actions, duties, and functions as a member of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI, effective as of the date of OJK Decree.

Therefore, the composition of the member of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI shall be as follows:
