Changes in the Board of Directors of PT SMI on July 16th, 2021

In connection with the expiration of terms of office of Mr. M. Ghozie Indra Dalel as Project Development & Advisory Director of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) dated July 15th, 2021, referring to the provisions of the Articles of Association of PT SMI, the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI through Letter of the Board of Commissioners Number: S-40/SMI/DK/0721 dated July 16th, 2021, regarding the Appointment of Temporary Acting Members of the Board of Directors in charge of the Directorate of Project Development & Advisory of PT SMI, appoint Mr. Darwin Trisna Djajawinata, Operations & Finance Director of PT SMI, to temporarily carrying out duties as the Acting Official of (“Plt.”) Project Development & Advisory Director of PT SMI.

Therefore, as of July 16th, 2021, the composition of the Board of Directors of PT SMI shall be as follows:
