PT SMI and Bloomberg Philanthropies Collaboration Realize Achievement of SDGs

PT SMI and Bloomberg Philanthropies signed a Memorandum of Understanding in New York on April 8, 2019 to explore collaborative opportunities to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia through the SDG Indonesia One (SIO) funding platform. The scope of this cooperation includes pushing Indonesia's capital market infrastructure, sustainable city development and government innovation which is evidence that partnerships through SDG Indonesia One have already climbed global levels. Furthermore, Bloomberg Philanthropies, which is a leading charity foundation that focuses on community empowerment in several aspects such as education, environment, government innovation & health, will provide technical assistance, advice and ideas and facilitate discussions for the Regional Head in decision making & policy implementation for building sustainable cities in Indonesia. PT SMI President Director Emma Sri Martini said, "SDG Indonesia One will transform needs into opportunities for many stakeholders who participate in various infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
