Resignation of Mr. Suminto and Mr. Suryo Utomo as Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI

We hereby inform you of the resignation of two members of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI as follows:

Mr. Suminto as the President Commissioner of PT SMI through a resignation letter dated April 9, 2025, in connection with his appointment as Commissioner of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Bank BNI”); and
Mr. Suryo Utomo as Commissioner of PT SMI through a resignation letter dated April 9, 2025, in connection with his appointment as President Commissioner of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (“Bank BTN”).

Referring to the Company's Article of Association, in terms of there is no Shareholders Resolution related to the dismissal of the 2 (two) relevant members of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI, Mr. Suminto and Mr. Suryo Utomo shall be effectively dismissed itself as members of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI after 30 (thirty) days since the resignation letter.
