Results of the Fit and Proper Assessment of the Director of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) on 19 September 2025

The Financial Services Authority ("OJK") through letter No. S-29/D.06/2025 dated 19 September 2025, regarding the Provision of an Opinion regarding the Nomination of Mrs. Sylvi J. Gani as Director of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), recommended and stated no objection to the nomination of Mrs. Sylvi J. Gani as Director of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero).

Appointment of Mrs. Sylvi J. Gani as Director of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) has been stipulated by the Minister of Finance, as Shareholder, through the Minister of Finance Decree No. 47 of 2025 dated 28 February 2025.

Therefore, the composition of the member of the Board of Directors of PT SMI shall be as follows:
