Results of the Fit and Proper Assessment of the President Commissioner of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) on 19 September 2025

The Financial Services Authority ("OJK") through letter No. S-28/D.06/2025 dated 19 September 2025, regarding the Provision of an Opinion regarding the Nomination of Mr. Andin Hadiyanto as President Commissioner of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), recommended and stated no objection to the nomination of Mr. Andin Hadiyanto as President Commissioner of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero).

Appointment of Mr. Andin Hadiyanto as President Commissioner of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) has been stipulated by the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2024 Annual Report (“AGMS 2024”) dated 7 May 2025..

Therefore, the composition of the member of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI shall be as follows:
