New Board of Commissioners of PT SMI on November 29th, 2019
The Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) through the Decree of the OJK Board of Commissioners Number: KEP-1/D.06/2024 dated January 11th, 2024, regarding the results of the Fit and Proper Test of Mr. Faaris Pranawa as the Candidate Director of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (OJK Decree), which received by PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) on January 17th, 2024, approved the appointment of Mr. Faaris Pranawa as Director of PT SMI.
Appointment of Mr. Faaris Pranawa as Director of PT SMI has been stipulated by the Minister of Finance, as Shareholder of PT SMI, through the Minister of Finance Decree Number: 310 Year 2023 dated August 28th, 2023.
With the approval of the OJK as above-mentioned, then Mr. Faaris Pranawa has been effective in carrying out actions, duties, and functions as a member of the Board of Directors of PT SMI, effective as of the date of OJK Decree.
Therefore, the composition of the member of the Board of Directors of PT SMI shall be as follows:
