Results of the Fit and Proper Test of President Directors of PT SMI on 31 October 2024

The Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) through the Decree of the OJK Board of Commissioners Number: KEP-55/D.06/2024 dated 31 October 2024, regarding the results of the Fit and Proper Test of Mr. Reynaldi Hermansjah as the Candidate for President Director of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (OJK Decree), which received by PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) on 4 November 2024, approved the appointment of Mr. Reynaldi Hermansjah as President Director of PT SMI.

Appointment of Mr. Reynaldi Hermansjah as President Director of PT SMI has been stipulated by the Minister of Finance, as Shareholder of PT SMI, through the Minister of Finance Decree Number: 326 Year 2024 dated 12 August 2024.

With the approval of the OJK as above-mentioned, then Mr. Reynaldi Hermansjah has been effective in carrying out actions, duties, and functions as President Director of PT SMI, effective as of the date of OJK Decree.

Therefore, the composition of the member of the Board of Directors of PT SMI shall be as follows:
