The Dismissal and Appointment of the Member of the Board of Commissioners of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) on April 18th, 2023

Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (“Minister”), as the Shareholder of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”), through Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Decree No. 147/2023 dated April 18th, 2023, on the Dismissal and Appointment of the Member of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (“Minister Decree”), which we received on April 28th, 2023, stipulates as follows:

1. To dismiss with respect Mr. Mahendra Siregar as President Commissioner of PT SMI as of 9 May 2022 with gratitude for all of his contributions and thoughts during his tenure.
2. To appoint Mr. Hadiyanto as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of PT SMI.
3. The tenure of Mr. Hadiyanto as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of PT SMI will start from the issuance of the respective Minister Decree until the end of the tenure as stated on the Minister Decree No. 550/KMK.06/2019 dated July 5th, 2019 and Articles of Association of PT SMI.

The effectiveness of the appointment of the Board of Commissioners by the General Meeting of Shareholders will be valid since the issuance of the approval from Financial Services Authority on the fit and proper test.

Therefore, the composition of the member of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI shall be as follows:
