Changes of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI

Minister of Finance (“Minister”) as the Shareholder of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) has stipulated as follows:

1. Minister of Finance Decree No. 322/KMK.06/2019 dated April 5^th 2019 on The Termination of President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner and Appointment of President Commissioner of PT SMI which stipulates among others:

(i) To dismiss with respect Mr. Mahendra Siregar as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner with gratitude for all of his contributions and thoughts during his tenure.

(ii) To appoint Mr. Wahyu Utomo as President Commissioner with the same nature as his nature as the Commissioner of PT SMI or stipulated otherwise with the prevailing laws and regulations.

2. Minister of Finance Decree No. 466/KMK.06/2019 dated May, 31^st 2019 on The Appointment of Independent Commissioner of PT SMI which stipulates among others:

(i) To appoint Mr. Agus D.W. Martowardojo as Independent Commissioner of PT SMI with the tenure since May, 31^st 2019 until the end of the tenure as stipulated in the Minister of Finance Decree No. 277/KMK.06/2014 dated July, 8^th 2014.
