Changes in the Board of Directors of PT SMI on July 9th, 2023

In connection with the expiration of terms of office of Mr. Faaris Pranawa as Public Financing & Project Development Director of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) pursuant to Minister of Finance Decree No. 480/KMK.06/2018 dated July 9th, 2023, therefore, as of July 9th, 2023, the composition of the Board of Directors of PT SMI shall be as follows:
