In connection with the expiration of terms of office of all members of the Sharia Supervisory Board of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) effective as of the closing of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for Financial Year 2019, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (“Minister”) as the sole Shareholder of PT SMI through a Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Decree No. 290/KMK.06/2020 dated June 17, 2020, regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of the Member of the Sharia Supervisory Board of the Company (Persero) PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur, stipulates as follows:
- To drespectfully dismissed the Members of the Sharia Supervisory Board of PT SMI as follows:
- Adiwarman Azwar Karim as Chairman of Sharia Supervisory Board;
- Munifah Syanwani as Member of Sharia Supervisory Board;
with gratitude for their contributions and thoughts during their terms of office.
- To appoint the new Members of the Sharia Supervisory Board of PT SMI as follows:
- Kanny Hidaya as Chairman of Sharia Supervisory Board;
- H. Abdul Mughni as Member of Sharia Supervisory Board.
- To stipulate the new Members of Sharia Supervisory Board’s terms of office abovementioned for 5 (five) years period effectively as of the closing of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the context of accountability for 2019 Financial Year Annual Report.
