Transition of Duties of the Members of the Board of Directors of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”)

In accordance to Board of Directors Regulation No. PD-009/SMI/0620 dated June 26th, 2020 (“Board of Directors Regulation”) concerning the Sixth Amendment to Board of Directors Regulation No. PD-26/SMI/1217 regarding the Division of Duties and Work Guidelines of the Board of Directors, has stipulated the transition of duties of the members of the Board of Directors of PT SMI as follows:

1. Mr Darwin Trisna Djajawinata, who previously served as Project Development & Advisory Director changed position into Operation and Finance Director.
2. Mohammad Ghozie Indra Dalel who previously served as Operation and Finance Director changed position into Project Development & Advisory Director.
3. This Board of Directors Regulation comes into force and starts from July 1st, 2020.

Therefore, PT SMI’s current Board of Directors’ composition are as follows:

Edwin Syahruzad as President Director
Sylvi J. Gani as Financing & Investment Director
Mohammad Ghozie Indra Dalel as Project Development & Advisory Director
Darwin Trisna Djajawinata as Operation and Finance Director
Faaris Pranawa as Risk Management Director
