New Board of Directors of PT SMI on August 13, 2019

Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia as the Shareholder of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) through Minister of Finance Decree No. 651/KMK.06/2019 dated August 13, 2019 on Dismissal and Appointment of the Members of the Board of Directors of PT SMI stipulates as follows:

1. To dismiss with respect Emma Sri Martini as President Director as of May 29, 2019 with gratitude for their contributions and thoughts during the tenure.
2. To appoint Edwin Syahruzad as President Director of PT SMI for 5 (five) years period started from the issuance of the respective Minister Decree.
3. To appoint Darwin Trisna Djajawinata as Director of PT SMI for 5 (five) years period started from the issuance of the respective Minister Decree.
