Results of the Fit and Proper Test of Member of the Board of Directors of PT SMI on 12 November 2024

The Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) through the Decree of the OJK Board of Commissioners Number: KEP-56/D.06/2024 dated 12 November 2024, regarding the results of the Fit and Proper Test of Mrs. Aradita Priyanti as the Candidate Director of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (OJK Decree), which received by PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) on 13 November 2024, approved the appointment of Mrs. Aradita Priyanti as Director of PT SMI.

Appointment of Mrs. Aradita Priyanti as Director of PT SMI has been stipulated by the Minister of Finance, as Shareholder of PT SMI, through the Minister of Finance Decree Number: 326 Year 2024 dated 14 August 2024.

With the approval of the OJK as above-mentioned, then Mrs. Aradita Priyanti has been effective in carrying out actions, duties, and functions as a member of the Board of Directors of PT SMI, effective as of the date of OJK Decree.

Therefore, the composition of the member of the Board of Directors of PT SMI shall be as follows:
