Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (“Minister”) as the Shareholder of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) through a Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Decree No. 303/KMK.06/2020 dated June 26, 2020, regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of the Member of the Board of Commissioners of the Company (Persero) PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (“Minister Decree”) stipulates as follows:
- To respectfully dismissed Mr. Agus D.W. Martowardojo as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner effective as of 21 February 2020, with gratitude for all of his contributions and thoughts during his terms of office.
- To appoint the new members of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI as follows:
- Mr. Mahendra Siregar as President Commissioner;
- Mr. Iskandar Saleh as Independent Commissioner.
- To stipulate the terms of office of the new members of the Board of Commissioners effectively as of the issuance of the Minister Decree until the end of the terms of office of as stated in the Minister of Finance Decree No. 550/KMK.06/2019 and Article of Association of PT SMI.
Therefore, PT SMI’s current composition of the Members of the Board of Commissioners are as follows:
Mahendra Siregar as President Commissioner
Suryo Utomo as Commissioner
A. Kunta Wibawa Dasa Nugraha as Commissioner
Sukatmo Padmosukarso as Independent Commissioner
Iskandar Saleh as Independent Commissioner
