SMlers Meet Up Semester 2 2024: Driving Transformation Towards the Future, PT SMI's Journey as DFI Begins

PT SMI held "SMlers Meet Up" as a communication event between management and employees on (01/10). This SMlers Meet Up was also a moment of introduction between SMlers and the new President Director of PT SMI, Reynaldi Hermansjah. In his speech, he shared the company's strategic vision which will transform into a Development Financing Institution (DFI).

"We must all remain enthusiastic in striving to find better and maximum performance. Remember, rowing the ship must be in tune," he said.

In an effort to implement work-life balance, 18 extracurricular activities at PT SMI were also introduced by representatives from the Human Resources Division, including soccer, basketball, yoga, badminton classes, and other activities aimed at strengthening relationships between employees outside of work.

This activity was also marked by a special moment of appreciation for one of the SMlers, M. Rizky Darmawan, who won a gold medal in the men's doubles badminton event in celebration of Indonesian Money Day (HORI). This achievement is real evidence that the spirit of SMlers is not only reflected in daily work, but also in sports competitions that strengthen solidarity.

Through this activity, it is hoped that SMlers will be more enthusiastic in contributing to achieving the company's goals, while continuing to develop themselves outside of work.
