Results of the Fit and Proper Test of Member of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI on 12 November 2024

The Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) through the Decree of the OJK Board of Commissioners No. KEP-57/D.06/2024 dated 12 November 2024, regarding the results of the Fit and Proper Test of Mr. Arief Wibisono Lubis as the Independent Commissioner of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (OJK Decree), approved the appointment of Mr. Arief Wibisono Lubis as the Independent Commissioner of PT SMI.

Appointment of Mr. Arief Wibisono Lubis as the Independent Commissioner of PT SMI has been stipulated by the Minister of Finance, as Shareholder of PT SMI, through the Minister of Finance Decree No. 296 Year 2024 dated 17 July 2024.

With the approval of the OJK as above-mentioned, then Mr. Arief Wibisono Lubis has been effective in carrying out actions, duties, and functions as a member of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI, effective as of the date of OJK Decree.

Therefore, the composition of the member of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI shall be as follows:
