The Dismissal and Appointment of the Members of the Board of Commissioners and Members of the Sharia Supervisory Board of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) on May 7, 2025

PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2024 Annual Report (“AGMS 2024”) dated May 7, 2025, which through one of its decision agenda, AGMS 2024 stipulated the Dismissal and Appointment of the members of the Board of Commissioners and members of Sharia Supervisory Board of the Company (Persero) PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur with the summary as follows:

1. To approve the resignation of members of the Board of Commisioners of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur as follows:
   • Mr. Suminto as President Commissioner based on resignation letter dated April 9, 2025; and
   • Mr. Suryo Utomo as Commissioner based on resignation letter dated April 9, 2025,

   with gratitude for all of their contributions and thoughts during their tenure.

2. To appoint the members of the Board of Commissioners PT SMI as follows:
   • Mr. Andin Hadiyanto as President Commissioner; and
   • Mr. Askolani as Commissioner,

   with term by continuing the previous period of member of the Board of Commisioner i.e. at the closing of AGMS 2024 until July 5, 2029.

3. To dismiss with respect the member of the Sharia Supervisory Board PT SMI as follows:
   • Mr. Kanny Hidaya as Chairman of Sharia Supervisory Board; and
   • Mr. Abdul Mughni as Member of Sharia Supervisory Board,

   with gratitude for all of their contributions and thoughts during their tenure.

4. To appoint the member of Sharia Supervisory Board of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur, as follows:
   • Mr. Kanny Hidaya as Chairman of Sharia Supervisory Board; and
   • Mr. Muhammad Faishol as Member of Sharia Supervisory Board,

   with term of 5 (five) years since the closing of AGMS 2024 until the closing of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Annual Report of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) in the Fiscal Year 2029.

Therefore, the composition of the members of the Board of Commissioners of PT SMI shall be as follows:

And the composition of the members of the Sharia Supervisory Board of PT SMI shall be as follows:

Member of Sharia Supervisory Board
